                                                            2015 Adult Group Instruction

Steve Oltman Golf School will be continuing with our Adult Group Instruction format that originally began in 1991.  With the addition of Perkiomen Valley Golf Coach Doug Simonds to my teaching staff, we have the flexibility to continue to offer these sessions.  Doug has been teaching all of the adult group classes since 2009.  Doug brings a wealth of experience to teaching Adult Group classes.  He taught all of the PV Community Education Golf Classes for over 10 years.

2015 Clinic Schedule - One Hour Sessions (Scroll down to bottom)

All classes held will be posted on this website on a weekly basis and held at Waltz Golf Farm in Limerick, PA.  You may book any session up to 7 days in advance for all sessions.  Golf Clinic Sessions will be updated no later than 9:00 p.m. every Friday night.  In order to register for any session, please email steveoltman@oltmangolf.com.  Students are allowed to sign up for one session per day. You may only register yourself for a clinic, not multiple people.  In order to get the full benefit of instruction, you must practice in between sessions!  Otherwise you are wasting your money.  Please keep that in mind when scheduling.  Thanks!

There is one way to register for each session, you must email Steve Oltman at:  steveoltman@oltmangolf.com  You will get a response email directly from Steve confirming your registration.  You may only register yourself for a clinic, not multiple people.  If the clinic is full, you will also get an email with that information.  Telephone calls or text messages will not register you for a clinic, only an email sent directly to Steve can put you into a clinic.

Weekly sessions will be posted no later than 9:00 p.m. every Friday.  Our weeks run Monday through Sunday.

*Please register for no more than one class per day, you may be put on the waiting list for a second class, but we want to make sure everyone gets the oppotunity to participate each day.  Also, you NEED to practice in between sessions in order to get the full benefit of the instruction.  Please, do your best to follow that element of the program.  Typically, we hold class sessions 1-3 days each week with multiple sessions on the schedule.  In 2012 & 2013, we conducted over 40 adult clinic sessions.  We conducted over 50 in 2014.

In any case of inclement weather, a message will be posted on this page one hour prior to the start of the session.  If no message is posted, the class will be conducted or a decision will be made on site by Steve or Doug.  Thanks!

When arriving at Waltz Golf Farm for your clinic, you will meet your instructor on the deck.  Just walk through the building and when you open the door to the outside, you will be on the deck.  There are picnic tables, soda machine and also a bulletin board for Steve Oltman Golf School.  Please wait there for your instructor.  The staff inside the building are not associated with the Golf School, so they will not have additional information for you.

2015 Schedule (You may start emailing for class reservations on Friday, April 10th)

Saturday, April 18th, 10:00 a.m.  Full Swing I

*Our instructional season will end the week of August 17th, 2015.  We will conduct over 40 clinics this season!  We will be on vacation the first two weeks of June.

We look forward to offering this type of combination Clinic/Golf Rounds pass in the future.  In 2012 and again in 2013, over 100 passes were purchased and each pass is estimated to average 5 clinics per pass.  We provided over 40 clinics in both 2012 and 2013 with clinics starting in April each year.  This "actual use" value of each pass will easily exceed $300!  Thanks for your participation!

The Adult Group Classes are structured for students who have no experience in playing golf up to 5 or more years of experience in playing.  We have many students each year that are coming back to the game after a long layoff.  This type of layoff requires a "wake up" call for your golf swing.  All players can benefit from good, solid, basic training technics that will not overwhelm you.  Your training will include basic swing principles, golf course etiquette, equipment advice and may also include play on the short course at Waltz Golf Farm.  You do not need to own any equipment, but please bring clubs if you have them.  For anyone that doesn't have clubs, they will be provided.  Age limit is 12 and older.

Minimum class size is 3, maximum class size is 12.  Age limit for these classes are ages 12 and above.
